  «Financial Domain «President» Company was founded.

  It’s core operations – consulting and financial services.

  Development of audit services.

  Audit Firm «Aval» and Financial Center «Ostankino» are established and offer full range of audit services to Russian companies.

  Department of Corporate Consulting is established

  Department specializes on protection of enterprises from hostile takeovers. Its work is based on the in-depth analysis of the case, audit and forecasting of possible course of events. Department developed an original method do audit the corporate security measures, which helps to carefully design the line of defense from company takeover. Department helped to save businesses of many large Russian enterprises.

  Department of Appraisal is established

  During this time, demand on the appraisal of assets was high for many Russian companies.

  Tax Law Practice is established

  Company starts specializing on resolution of tax conflicts. Sound background of our specialists and careful analysis of legislative acts helped us to ensure victories in resolution of many conflicts in courts

  The Company merges its legal and audit services under the single brand: United Consultants FDP
• 2000

  United Consultants FDP becomes a member of MacIntyre Strater International Ltd (Currently known as MSI Global Alliance) – an international association of independent lawyers, accountants, auditors and tax consultants. MSI is very careful in selection of its member firms and establishes very high entry standards regarding the quality of services provided.

  Company passes the quality inspection by
  Institute of Professional Auditors of Russia (IPAR)
• 2005

  year

  As part of cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, United Consultants FDP organized the 1st All-Russian Tax Forum, which became an annual event. Today the All-Russian Tax Forum is a milestone event in the field of taxation law.

• 2010

  United Consultants FDP becomes a member of American Chamber of Commerce.
• 2012

  The Company becomes the full member of the Association «League of Assistance for Defense Enterprises of Russiaraquo»

  United Consultants FDP established the working group on improvement of tax administration under the Expert Advisory Board of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation
